The appropriate temperature to get a pleasant and effective massage is 23° to 25° C (73° to 77° F).

Massage environment

Best results are achieved when the selected place is silent. Talk and unwanted sounds may disturb the massage.

Music

You may get a massage with background music. You could choose any kind of music but most popular options are:

• Relaxing music
• Instrumental music
• Chill-out music (most commonly chosen);

But everyone has a different taste so these music rules have exceptions;
