The required space for the massage table and the therapist is about 2 x 3 meters (6 x 9 foots).

Temperature

The appropriate temperature to get a pleasant and effective massage is 20° to 27° C with optimum at 23° to 25° C (73° to 77° F).

But it still is matter of preference of customer.

Massage environment

Best results are achieved when the selected place is silent. Talk and unwanted sounds may disturb the massage.

Music

You may get a massage with background music. You could choose any kind of music but most popular options are:

• Relaxing music
• Instrumental music
• Chill-out music (most commonly chosen);

But everyone has a different taste so these music rules have exceptions;
